shipping?

online orders are shipped via USPS ground, usually within 7 days, but sometimes it can take up to two weeks. you will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

unfortunately, we are not able to ship products outside the united states at this time.

when placing an order, please ensure the shipping address you enter is correct, as we are not able to cover the cost of replacing items shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.

Yucca Moon House is a pop-up mercantile operating primarily in Western Montana. you can find our event and market schedule here

what if there is a problem with my order?

We pack orders with lots of care, but we’re human, and mistakes happen. If you receive the wrong item, or if it arrives damaged, please email us right away with photos at hello@yuccamoonhouse.com

Yucca Moon House is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If your order is missing, you can file a claim directly with USPS here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

what is your return policy? 

Returns are allowed in two cases: if the product arrives damaged/defective, or if the product is not what you ordered. If this happens, please email hello@yuccamoonhouse.com within one week of receiving your order.

We may ask that you provide photos or return the product. If we require you to return the damaged or incorrect product, please send the return items to PO Box 666, Saint Ignatius, MT 59865. incorrect products must be returned unworn, and in the condition in which they were received, in order to qualify for a refund.

refunds?

if your order is eligible for a refund as outlined above, it will be processed back to the payment method used at time of purchase. processing time is generally up to 5 business days.
