Energy healing is a gentle yet powerful way to support grounding and nervous system balance, connecting you with your body’s innate ability to heal itself. Sessions can help support emotional well being, aid pain relief, and offer profound stress and anxiety reduction.

I hold a Reiki “Master” level certification, and my practice is informed by training and experience working with survivors of trauma.

Sessions are 60 minutes, and are tailored to each client based on our initial check-in to support a safe and empowering container for healing.
